Folke brukar ju har rätt, men jag tycker mig minnas att rafi innebär att man snittar och syr utan att flytta muskeln. Denna operation orsakar ärrbildning som i sin tur förkortar muskeln --> patella manövreras i rätt läge.

Min slutsats efter sökning på engelska sidor är att rafi kalls suture procedures eller bara tightening och att förflyttning heter advancement.
