Jag har aldrig hört något annat än dot blot på svenska. Nu är det ett antal år sedan jag själv höll på med sådant, så det kan ju ha förändrats; det är därvör jag inte anger högre säkerhet.
Hittar i varje fall ganska många googleträffar med svensk text.
Exakt hur man skall göra med bindestreck kan förstås diskuteras. Engelskan sakanr väl oftast bindestreck mellan dot och blot, men eventuellt kan man ju sklapa en svenskare ordbild genom att ha med det.
