agree  tauvon: No, we only specify if it is a grandson or granddaughter, and then (if we specify) we also have to specify the relation to the parent of the child: sondotter/dotterdotter or dotterson/sonson.

(note: as Mårten pointed out, it would depend if maternal or paternal. - could be dotters sonson...)

disagree  J-a-n S-ndstr-m: The version with genitive "s" and the third lead separated had the advantage that it's clearer which lead each gender is. But the version without "s" is twice as common on google, i e slightly more established in modern Swedish language.
