direktlinje Explanation: I telefonisammanhang är hotline "koppling utan val", dvs. samtalet kopplas direkt man lyfter luren. Det är det dock inte frågan om här utan man ska ringa ett 800- (020-)nummer så man kommer direkt till en som tar emot anmälan hos BSA.
