It is well known that psycho-analysis propose theories on conflicts or traumas and resistance mechanisms of different kind, but psychoanalytical theories are not enough to explain the various levels of access to past experiences (Greenspan, 1989)."

"Känslor är särskilt i fråga." vilket inte låter bra på svenska. Hellre "Detta gäller särskilt känslor." el. dyligt beroende på kontexten.

Kan denna gissning duga? "under concern" ger en del google-träffar där det tycks betyda just "i fråga". (Sätt citationstecken runt hela uttrycket i sökformuläret på google.)

Meningen är hursomhelst underlig och jag undrar om författaren händelsevis inte har engelska som modersmål och alltså har kopierat en konstruktion från sitt eget språk.
