Fruktansvärt, jag vet. Kanske det finns ett vedertaget uttryck. Det rör sig alltså om "off-plan investment..." etc, dvs. köp till nedsatt pris av fastighet som inte ännu börjat byggas eller i ett tidigt skede av byggnadsprocessen. När man närmar sig slutskedet börjar priserna gå upp. |
