Det handlar om en bruksanvisning för en pappersmaskin:

The adjustable support idler, in its up position, acts as a buffer to stop the package in the cut-off position. A short tail wind will occur to tighten the web before cutting off. After the tails have been cut the tail wind will take place, when labels can be applied, and the package finished. The finished package is then lowered by the support idler onto the conveyor for removal from the machine. After the tails have been cut the winding cycle of the machine will commence. The core support chucks will move out to position the cores in the correct place, the air blast will blow the tails over the cores ready to be tucked, the top riding roll will descend onto the cores and tucking will take place.
