However, chip-scale packages is one of these terms taht are almost always used in english, very often with its acronym CSP. Is is a kind of electronic packaging, where the semiconductor die (chip) is attached to the PCB by means of very small solder bumps underneath it, making it even smaller outline package than a mBGA
