Nivåalarm
Explanation:
Patient monitoring equipment, gas monitors and many other kinds of monitoring equipment have two kinds of alarm: peak and mean level.

The reason being that the human body may show an adverse reaction to either or both of these shifts.

A human can for example endure 2000 ppm CO short term (smokers do!!!) while 100 ppm longterm is fatal. So, a CO monitor would alarm for examle warn against 1000 ppm peak (Toppvärdealarm) and against 50 ppm average over the last 5 minutes (Nivåalarm).

This answer appeared to be correct. But I received an
official translation for our product to be as follows:
IP_MEAN_ALARM IP-medelvärde-larm
IP_MEAN_GREATER IP-medelvärde-larm >
IP_MEAN_LESS IP-medelvärde-larm <

Thus, I was unable to use either response given but the
send one selected had more information to convince me that
it was more accurate (the 1st response was not incorrect).
