Eskaleringsprocess används som begrepp för stegring (Googla). I analogi med detta skulle man kanske kunna skriva "eskaleringshierarki" eller "eskaleringsnivå"? |

Ordet betyder helt klart stegring/ökning, men om jag fattat rätt så jobbar du med en telecom-text och det kanske krävs någon specifik fackterm(?). Hoppas det löser sig
