Egentligen skulle jag vilja byta ut tjänst mot överförning, men det är svårt att vara säker på att det handlar om just det. Det är även svårt att vara säker på att "rate" betyder datahastighet, för den delen. Men lite måste man ju chansa ;)
(Och ARQ betyder egentligen automatisk omsändningsförfrågan, men det behöver vi inte låtsas om.)
