seloso akong lalaki
Explanation:
jealous > seloso
guy > lalaki

You can also just say: Seloso ako, omitting the fact of being a "guy" since this, I suppose, would be obvious

i am a jealous guy
Seloso akong tao

Explanation:
Seloso- jealous
tao- person

"Guy" is lalaki, but we don't usually say, "Seloso akong lalaki/babae". We usually say, "Seloso akong tao" (I'm a jealous person).

i am a jealous guy
Seloso ako

Explanation:
"Seloso" describes a jealous guy; "selosa" describes a jealous woman. "Guy" can already be omitted because 'seloso' already connotes a masculine gender.

i am a jealous guy
Mapanibughuin akong lalaki/mapanaghili akong lalaki

Explanation:
'Seloso ako' is conversational Tagalog, but if you want to appropriate the meaning of "jealous" in Tagalog as an alternative, then "mapanibughuin" or "mapanaghili" can be used. Should this meanings be used, then add the term "lalaki" for a guy or "babae" for a woman.
