English to Tagalog translations [PRO] Art/Literary - General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters | | English term or phrase: later | As in: this will be discussed "later in this document". So not temporal but spatial "later".
I've always had problems translating this. My dicko says "sa dakong huli" but that means "towards the end". What if "later" means "later in the middle or the next page"? A translator gives "sa kalaunan". Yikes. What does that mean? Doesn't "kalaunan" mean "antiquity"? Help. |

| | dakong huli | Explanation: Hi Marcus,
I agree with your dicko. "Dakong huli" does not mean the last part of the document, but yes "towards the end" or, the later part. If the document is made up of 10 pages, I believe the later pages would be 7/8/9
dakong huli= later
kinahulihan= last
