pribadong panunungkulan / self-employment

Explanation:
mga pribadong panunungkulan (private practices)

or

pribadong panunungkulan o self-employment

(private practice = "The practice of a profession independently and not as an employee"..... self-employed)

*Abiso ng Pribadong Panunungkulan para sa mga Impormasyong Pang-kliyente*

I don't see any problem if you make Pribadong Panunungkulan singular.

Judy, I find it difficult to understand your explanations... I won't go for "Lihim na Ginagawa". I think using '*Pribado* is safer than using *Lihim*'. How about *Pribadong Gawain*?

Pribadong Pagsasagawa is good to my ears... not bad at all. :)

Babala sa pagsisinungaling - halimbawa, pagbibigay ng magka-ibang impormasyon sa isinumiteng porm sa dalawang magkaibang ahensya.

can't think of 'application (form) ' in Tagalog, so i used form -> porm, but its not proper.

Pribadong pagsasanay is legal & appropriate for your sentence.
Lihim na ginagawa is definitely out of the question. Pagsasanay is also used to describe work specially for professionals like lawyers & doctors.
