In my mind, seems like one would have to make a lengthy statement - I don't think "bilang"/"bahagi" will do in a legal sense. Any suggestions?

agree  xxxyapivy: I prefer "paratang". Depending on the audience you could use "habla" instead. (P.S. Should it be "lahat ng" instead of "lahat na"?)
