Asker: Dear Jet, Many thanks for your response. My translator's comments were as follows: " do not agree with the suggestion, because it is not an accurate translation. A more accurate translation would be "Pambungad na Salaysay ng Umaapela." The mention of Appellant's Opening Brief in the letter does not need any explanation as to whether it is the first, second or third argument. To avoid confusion and to preserve the integrity of the letter, I decided to leave the phrase as is. However, should your client prefers that all words be translated to Tagalog, we could do it this way:
...Pambungad na Salaysay ng Umaapela [Appellant's Opening Brief ("AOB")]."
I decided to go with her version, but this doesn't mean your answer wasn't correct.
