may masakit sa akin

Explanation:
Usually when in pain, Filipinos will express which part of his body is painful. So when expressing that his arms hurt he will say "masakit ang braso ko". But when being hurt (like twisting ones arm) he will express "nasasaktan ako". And if there's a lingering pain, one might say "may masakit sa akin".

Example sentence(s):
  • May masakit sa akin. Masakit ang braso ko
