English term or phrase: Tool box training
The documents concern with the Safety of the labourers at the construction or development sites. The subject of this statement is (STOP & THINK ABOUT THE RISK SIXTY SECONDS CHECK) . The terms "Tool Box Training" relates to the sentence "Do I need specific training? / Tool box training?" because we are translating on a large project and we thank a lot to the Kudoz answerer and will keep their record in our database list to contact them for future projects translation.

Apart from the fact that "tool box" is widely understood in its English form among contemporary Tagalog speakers (we don't over-translate it as "kahong pangkasangkapan" in the same way as we don't really call "pencil case" as "sisidlan ng lapis")--in this particular case "tool box" ostensibly refers to a specific internal jargon within the company or industry and thus takes on a proper-name dimension. In this regard it should be retained as "tool box".

The entire term is thus translated as either "Pagsasanay sa tool box" ("Training on tool box") or "Pagsasanay para sa toolbox" ("Training for tool box")

Explanation:
Toolbox in this context is not "kahong pangkasangkapan" (literal translation of toolbox), which is the "box of equipment or tools" at work.

I prefer to include the English term to avoid confusion.

A toolbox training can be used to share safety information and provide a
structured, but informal, forum for improving safety in the workplace by identifying subjects, describing hazards, narrating a story (based on workers' experiences) to improve empathy and interest, offering ideas that would have prevented the accident, elliciting participation of the workers (construction workers undergoing the training) by asking open-ended questions and documenting (based on how the
toolbox training is to be used).

I believe taht Toolbox training here can also be called Toolbox safety training. I have a better suggestion:

"Toolbox training (pangkaligtasang pagsasanay)"

where: pangkaligtasan = safety
pagsasanay = training
