Hungary

Explanation:
"Hungary", like many country names, is still known and referred to by most Tagalog speakers in its original English form, "Hungary".

For linguists, an Anglicized approach to translating country names such as "Unggarya" may be acceptable, but not for the general Tagalog-speaking public.

It is highly improbable that common folk will understand what "Unggarya" means, especially as it could be associated phonetically with "Unggoy" ("monkey").

This reminds me of the case of "Siyam", which is an Anglicized translation for "Siam" (Thailand). Tagalog speakers mistakenly understood "Siyam" to be "Nine" (also "Siyam" in Tagalog).

If it were written as "Thailand", it would have been more easily and quite instantly understood.

Hope this helps!
