carpe diem

Explanation:
"carpe diem" is latin and doesn't have to be translated in filipino. "take advantage of the opportunity" (pagsamantalahan [mo] ang pagkakataon) is figuratively correct, but doesn't convey the urgency of the original. perhaps "angkinin [mo] ngayon", "angkinin [mo] ang kasalukuyan" or "angkinin [mo] ang pagkakataon" -- or "angkinin mo".
