NTD can occur in many forms, such as anencephaly, spina bifida, etc. There are terms for these forms in Thai, but not for NTD as a whole. So iIt is better to use NTD followed by explanation: ¤ÇÒÁ¾Ô¡ÒÃÃÐºº»ÃÐÊÒ· or ¤ÇÒÁ¼Ô´»¡µÔ¢Í§¡ÒÃ¾Ñ²¹ÒÃÐºº»ÃÐÊÒ·¢³ÐÍÂÙèã¹¤ÃÃÀì. I suggest ÃÐºº»ÃÐÊÒ·, since some call neural tube ·èÍ»ÃÐÊÒ·, some ËÅÍ´»ÃÐÊÒ·. Whatever it is, it effect the nervous system, either brain or spinal chord, depending on the level of seriousness.
