Explanation:
Bu bağlamda publisher kullanımıyla karşılaşmıştım önceki bir işte. Amaç, "bu kılavuzu yayınlayan kuruluş (yani kılavuzun alakalı olduğu ürünün üreticisi aynı zamanda) ..........bıdı bıdı bıdı.......... diyor" demek. Başka bir şey de olabilir tabii ki ancak bana yaptığı ilk çağrışım bu oldu.
