Medical - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / Forestry | | English term or phrase: graded concentrations | It is used with regard to a specimen (a plant specimen, to be more precise), which should be put through graded concentrations. It is a term related to chemistry I guess, but do not have much clue. The text does not give much either.

Explanation:
"graded" usually means something prepared in various different values, in this case the concentrations are various. so the specimen is prepared in several concentrations and the 'it' is used with regard to that specimen. My suggestion for this sentence is: "farklı konsantrasyonlarda hazırlanması gereken bir örneğe (daha kesin olarak bir bitki örneğine) göre kullanılır."
