It is possible to define comments and graphics for each reachable degree in a grading scheme, which are displayed on the student's results page

Explanation:
Grading için tam karşılık derecelendirme/seviyelendirme olsa da, eğitim bağlamında, derecelendirme ya da değerlendirme not veya puan verilerek yapıldığı için, daha doğru olan karşılığın notlama ya da puanlama olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Notlama yapılırken veya yapılmış notlama incelenirken başvurulan bir tablodan bahsettiğimizi anladığım için, başvuru kelimesini de dahil etmeyi öneriyorum.

Son olarak da scheme için uygun karşılık plan, tablo, ya da çizelge olabilir. Şema doğru bir karşılık olmayabilir. Scheme sözcüğünün chart kelimesi ile yer değiştirebilir bir kelime olmasından yola çıkarak, çizelge kelimesini öneriyorum.
