"International Labor Organization's core conventions" olarak madde halinde geçiyor. Uyulması gereken iş kanunları ve standartları altında listelenmiş. "eğilim" anlamında konvansiyon olarak kullanmak istiyorum ama hala karar verebilmiş değilim. Teşekkürler şimdiden.
