İlk okuduğumda "jüri nezdinde görülecek bir mahkeme veya dava" diye düşünmüştüm. Her ikisi de aynı kapıya çıkıyor bence. Eğer söz konusu içeriğe esas ülkede jüri heyeti nezdinde yargılama varsa (ki ABD hukukunda var), bence jüri kesinlikle kullanılmalı. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_trial adresine bakarsanız bence sebebi daha iyi anlaşılır. Bizde jüri yok diye bence bizdeki anlamını yüklemek gereksiz. Eğer bizdeki anlamı kastedilseydi, "to trial of any dispute" deyip geçerlerdi, ama burada jürinin bulunduğu bir mahkeme söz konusu.
