This was posted as an English-English question, and I answered it as such. It has now been changed to English-Turkish, where I have nothing to contribute. I shall leave my answer, because it is important to be clear that "constitutes for" is a typo or misprint. "Constitutes for a passenger ticket" is not English; it should read "constitutes a passenger ticket", which is the standard formula.

In other words, the "itinirary" or "receipt" given t o the passenger IS the "passenger ticket", for the purpose of coverage under Article 3 of the Warsaw Convention ...
