Yani "Bu kira sözleşmesi, kiracının işvereninden 60 gün öncesinden yazılı bildirimde bulunması 'halinde' feshedilebilir."

bu durumun gerçekleşmesi "üzerine" de diyebiliriz ama sanırım yukarıdaki çeviri daha doğru olur.

Explanation:
Word choice. Diğer seçenekler de doğru. Orada sanki "... 60 gün önceden yazılı bir bildirim üzerine iptal edilebilir" demiş ama herhalde "60-day written notice" demek istemiş bence. Kırık İngilizcemizle onu da düzeltelim :)
