"NOW, THEREFORE is archaic, while 'in consideration of the premises' is simply an obscure way of saying 'therefore' and is superfluous given the preceding 'therefore.'"

Premises ve other good and consideration birbirine paralel kavramlar olarak kullanilmis. O yuzden tasinmaz anlaminda kullanildigini dusunmuyorum. "Based on this premise" ornek kullanimiyla ayni anlamda kullaniliyor.
