English term or phrase: Invent Tomorrow
Can you please help me to identify in the following Turkish phrase segment:

"...ve muhendislerini devamli bir sekilde egitmektedir!"

which words translate the English "invent tomorrow"? The whole phrase is much longer but not relevant to this question.

Thanks.

yarınları keşfetmek/yaratmak

Explanation:
If you mean "invent tomorrow" fills in the blanks in this sentence, I suggest to use "yarınları keşfetmek" or even "yarınları yaratmak".

eğitmektedir

Explanation:
I believe that's yet another occasional encounter of "ornamented English phrases simplified when translated into Turkish" case.

That sentence in Turkish translates as:

"and is seamlessly training its engineers."

I assume that "invent tomorrow" has been omitted from the sentence which would originally be:

"and is seamlessly training its engineers to invent tomorrow".

See, the sloganizable part emphasizes the "seamless training" of the engineers aimed at managing it. But I presume the translation in question was made to simplify some expressions either at translator's liberty or due to the approach to prevent any parts assumed to be sounding alien when translated.

Hope that brain"wind" helps.

Explanation:
Literal translation is this yet Invest Tomorrow is a slogan meaning (I guess) Geleceğe Yatırım Pap!
