Bahsedilen tedaviyle görme keskinliğinde elde edilen iyileşme için bir kriter olarak sunulmuş bu harf/sıra kazanımı. Yani tedaviyle görme keskinliği testinde bir harf veya sıra (5 harflik grup) için pozitif sonuç elde edildiğinde (yani hasta bu harfleri veya sıraları görmeye başladığında) buna "line/letter gainer" deniliyorum benim anladığım kadarıyla.
