Explanation:
Roaming ‘dolaşım’ anlamına gelir. Telekom şirketlerinin kendi abonelerine, başka operatörlerin kapsama alanında da hizmet verebilmek için, o şirketler ile anlaşma yaparak, şirketin altyapısını kullanmasıdır. Örneğin Turkcell kullanıcısı olarak yurt dışında telefonunuz kullanmak istediğinizde yabancı bir telecom şirketinin kapsama alanında yapılan gorüşme durumudur. Hatta yurt dışında telefonunuzu açtığınızda "roaming" yazıyor. Bu durumda Turkcell açısından siz "outbound roamer/harici dolaşan" abone olursunuz. Bir de "inbound roamer" var. Kullanılan yabancı telecom şirketi açısından da "inbound roamer/dahili dolaşan" abone olursunuz.
