безперечно, але я б об'єднував "Macau Hotpot" restaurant , замість Macau "Hotpot restaurant".

Asker: Ні. По-перше, там стоїть невизначений артикль. По-друге, існує категорія ресторанів, яка називається hotspot restaurant. Вікіпедія містить опис таких ресторанів. Стосовно ж Macau, то це просто спосіб приготовлення страви. Звичайно, він має пряме відношення до регіону Макао.
Asker: Дело в том, что в hotpot restaurant готовят тушеное мясо с картофелем в горячем металлическом чугунке непосредственно на обеденном столе. Способ приготовления разный, поэтому бывают Chinese, Japanese and other hotpot restaurants.
Asker: З одного боку, я з вами погоджуюсь. Я навіть з самого початку так почав перекладати. Тим більш, що Hotpotв назві також з великої літери. Але потім мені спало на думку, що Macau Hotpot всеж таки могло бути використано автором описово, а не як назва.
