Explanation:
На відміну від "цивільних плодів" (в римському праві)

За наявності економічного зв'язку розрізняли плоди природні (fructus naturales) і цивільні (fructus civiles). Плоди, створені природою (наприклад, фрукти, приплід тварин), називали природними. Плід, який приносить річ внаслідок використання її в обігу, називався цивільним (наприклад, проценти, одержані за договором позики, плата за користування річчю за договором найму).
