Explanation:
Із приводу походження термінів все детально описав Ярослав.
Єдине, що вдалося знайти це брошура Червоного Хреста (див. посилання), в якій є переклад назв цих законів на російську мову.
Цікаво, що End Point Law також називають Full Stop Law.
У більшості джерел ці закони фігурують як закони про амністію членів військовї хунти Аргентини (1976-1983 рр.).

В принципі їх можна перекласти як "закони кінцевого терміну і необхідності підпорядкування". Але я вважаю, що це занадто розлоге пояснення, коли мова йде загалом про комплекс законів про амністію або люстрацію.
