Explanation:
Це теж метафора. Йдеться, очевидно, про те, що "ви берете їхні тексти й молотите їх, як снопи, замість того щоб..."
"Словесний млин" у нашій мові має інший сенс - це скоріше "балакун" та й годі. "Млин для слів" - звучить незграбно й не дуже зрозуміло. Отож треба шукати свою метафору. Може "товчете їх (тексти) у своїй ступі". Не завадило б більше контексту (попереднього).

Так, контекст трохи міняє справу. Я так зрозумів (після Вашого коменту), що "клієнти" уявляють собі переклад як технологічний процес, машину, в яку засипаються тексти, там з ними "щось" робиться (це названо "словесним млином"), а з машини висипаються готові перекладені тексти. Чимось це уявлення таки споріднене з млином, куди засипають зерно, ПРОСТО мелють - і отримують борошно.
Як це сказати українською? Я б тепер запропонував так: "ви берете їхні тексти, перепускаєте через такий собі млинок для слів - і ніякої мороки з нюансами, інтонаціями, ..."
Звісно, цю метафору можна обіграти дуже різними засобами асоціації - прокатним станом, молотаркою, м'ясорубкою і т. ін.

Asker: Мається на увазі, що переклад є більш складним процесом, ніж просто гра зі словами. Приклад контексту:
Instead of describing at least a tiny bit of the work involved achieving consensus on terms, phrasing, technical explanations and so on, the process is described along the lines of Language 1 simply being poured out of one container and into the container of Language 2.
