'стодола' would be the best variant, had those barns been of some Ukrainian origin.
As far as I can make out from the context (BTW, more context always helps :^) ), the text describes the preparation of some exclusive blend of tea/tobacco/whatever.
And it just wouldn't sound right for me if I read on the package that "the leaves were dried in the ancient 'стодола' somewhere in Sri Lanka".
'комора' is also 'too much Ukrainian' for this purpose, but I think it would suit a little bit better than 'стодола'

Слово \"сушарня\" приходило і мені до голови, але спочатку видалося надто \"технічним\". Коли ж я остаточно впевнився у тому, що йдеться про сушіння тютюну, воно здається мені одним із кращих варіантів у цій ситуації.
Щоправда, виникає нюанс із повторенням - \"розвішується для сушіння в старовинних сушарнях\", але гадаю, що його можна буде обійти в той чи інший спосіб, в залежності від ширшого контексту. |

Якщо мова йде про первинну обробку листя тютюну, то я б використала тут слово "сарай", адже щойно зібраний тютюн, зокрема сорту "берлі", висушується у великих відкритих сараях.
