Хочеться чогось "автентично-українського", а на розум нічого, крім роботяг/трудяг не йде...

Мені здається, тут саме про це йдеться. Це жах для манагерів - людина ретельно вивчає усі дрібниці про товар (навіть) не маючи наміру його купляти. Виснажений продавець після бесіди з таким покупцем буде радий подарувати йому усе, аби той тільки дав йому ще трохи пожити...

Такі неодмінно скористаються усіма можливими знижками, принесуть з собою купу листівок з дисконтними купонами, в яких необачний продавець рекламував цей товар, та куплять його так, щой продавець ще й винним лишиться...
