From this and another question about "some college/university", I get the impression that this is one of the options assessing a person's educational level in surveys and such. High School in the US is considered basic early education, like Matriculation in Pakistan. So, "میٹرک پاس" would be a rough equivalency for the sake of surveys etc., not necessarily for technical purposes. Being a "high school graduate" has the same weight in the U.S. as being a میٹرک پاس in Pakistan.

There is no indirect translation available. I think, transliteration will serve better.

American high schools go up to grade 12. In Pakistan high schools are till grade 10 (metric). So I think the two years of FA/FSc would be equal to graduating from a US high school. But it all depends on which "high school" we're talking about.
