How different is Pakistani Urdu from Indian Urdu? Can a document translated by Indian Urdu translator be understood well in Pakistan?

پاکستانی اردو
Explanation:
The script of Urdu language spoken in Pakistan is exactly the same as that spoken in India. Before the independence of Pakistan was a part of India and a number of languages were (and also are) spoken throughout India, Urdu is one them. It is the national language of Pakistan. Although Urdu in India has been affected by Hindi, the national language of India, yet pure Urdu language is the same and has the same script, dialact and fonts etc. If a document translated in India does not contain too many Hindi words and the translator remains within the limits of Urdu, it is easily understood un Pakistan. The problem occurs when there are complex Hindi words in the text (written in Urdu script)..
