'Linking Knowledge Worldwide' appears to be an advertisement or commercial motto, therefore it does not mean '...in the state of linking', but rather 'it links....or generally it attempts to link.. ' etc. Hence I believe دنیا بھر میں علم کو جوڑتا ہے would be a more appropriate translation. |
