I would like to find if we have a better translation for Judgment Debtor. Also, can my colleagues please tell if we have exact translation for the below terms:

Thanks for your help. I am also agree to Qudsia that we do not need to mention the term مجموعہ while translating the Cr.P.C/C.P.C. It has been also established that the correct Urdu pronunciation of DeCree is deGree. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
According to the record of answers posted, the first answer was after 20 minutes (by Qudsia Lone), the second one was after 27 minutes (by aburiaz) and the third one was after 36 minutes (by Abdul Chaudry ie it was not posted first of all).
I don't have much legal know how, but I've only heard the term ڈگری in Urdu and not ڈکری, in legal context. It seems most likely that ڈگری is a corruption of ڈکری, but if that's the term in common usage in Pakistani courts, that would be the correct term in Urdu.
I have been searching the word in different dictionaries. It seems that initially it was ڈکری and has been changed now to ڈگری. You can found the first one in کشاف قانونی اصطلاحات by Rasheed Ahmad Sidiqui 1987. In the recent books I can see the second one. Regarding your other concern about the posting I think we are answering at the same time without knowing the other answers. When I was replying there was no answers at all. My dictionary says Decree = ڈگری. I found some colleagues here have mentioned ڈکری. Which is the correct one? It's pity on us that instead of agreeing to the already given answers, other colleagues are putting their views/answers. Atleast please note, JD does not mean a person who has lost his/her case in a criminal court but civil court. There can be no JDs in a criminal case barring a very few. Hence in legal language, JD cannot be termed as MUQADMA HAARNE wala as an acused may also lost his/her case but he/she will never be called JD.

I asked a retired Pakistani lawyer about the terms. This is what he said:
" Madyoon" is the person against whom a money decree has been passed. ( a Judgment Debtor);
"DigreeDar" is the person in whose favour a decree has been passed by a competent court irrespective whether it be a money Decree or other.
" Code of Criminal Procedure" Means " Zabitah Foujdari "
" Civil Produre Code" Means " Zabitah Dewani"
