I would like to find if we have a better translation for Judgment Debtor. Also, can my colleagues please tell if we have exact translation for the below terms:

Decree Holder
Code of Criminal Procedure
Code of Civil Procedure

وہ شخص جس کے خلاف ڈگری صادر ہوئی ہو۔ اس اصطلاح کا اطلاق متوفی مدیون ڈگری کے قانونی
ورثاء پر نہیں ہوتا کیونکہ ڈگری ان کے خلاف صادر نہیں ہوتی

Thanks for your help. I am also agree to Qudsia that we do not need to mention the term مجموعہ while translating the Cr.P.C/C.P.C. It has been also established that the correct Urdu pronunciation of DeCree is deGree.

I asked a retired Pakistani lawyer about the terms. This is what he said:
" Madyoon" is the person against whom a money decree has been passed. ( a Judgment Debtor);
"DigreeDar" is the person in whose favour a decree has been passed by a competent court irrespective whether it be a money Decree or other.
" Code of Criminal Procedure" Means " Zabitah Foujdari "
" Civil Produre Code" Means " Zabitah Dewani"
