Word [sehat-صحت] would make the display sign at the door, more sensible and simple to understand for common approach that this room/department is about "recovery of health" without صحت , the word بحالی would be still remain unclear as "recovery" for what?.
Please keep in mind that word بحالی صحت is common major Hospitals, such as Liaqat National Hospital Karachi, Agha Khan Hospital, Civil Hospital and other major Hospitals in other cities of Pakistan.

...and other treatment like radiaiton etc. It is a more direct and cleaner term, without the overtones of 'diagnosis.' It also sounds better than 'دوا' and is more comprehensive than it.
After reading all the comments, especially of Attiya khan and Samagawad's, طبعی علاج اور بحالی صحت seem the best translation. The reason I've switched from 'معالجہ to علاج is because the latter also describes the word 'medicine' as 'دوا' and other....

علاج is a very general word. It even covers treatment for mental illness, or even social evils. There are many branches of 'medicine'. 'Physical Medicine' is a specific branch which is different from, say 'respiratory' or 'gastrointestinal' medicine.
[علاج اور بحالی صحت] may be the best choice to please all concerns responded to the question. Itself [علاج] is covering "physical medicine" as whole, regardless it may physiotherapy or any kind of treatment may it physical or pharmaceutical.
Sometimes it is a good idea to write the English phrase in brackets in small print, only the first time this phrase is written in the leaflet. Same can be done with the display at the door.
An easy translation for 'physical medicine' would be جسمانی معالجہ اور بحالی صحت . Rehabilitation can also be social. But overall if you write بحالی صحت, it should be fine.

Considering bahali-e-sehat for a moment! doesn't it being confused with the recovery from the sickness or illness? whereas in rehabilitation the patient is treated to recover from the DISABILILTY.The disability in most cases is reported as physical but please note! you can add the mental disability as well.So, I'll appreciate more inputs from the colleagues to get better alternate.Thanks again.
