Haath aur PairoN mein ek jhanjhanata hua ehsaas
Explanation:
This usually happens when the circulation of blood in our hands and feet stops for a while and when it circulates again, we feel tingling and numness. Like when we sit in a position for a long time and when we change the position, we feel it. Though it is not the only reason. There may be some other medical reasons too.

Though you can also use the work \"Chubhan\" if it does not look awkward in the context.

-> Well, I have a feasible reply. If a dictionary says Jhanjhanana is only Ghussa/Narazgee, I shall have no option except to disagree. Only one dictionary will not provide you with all the terms. There is a big diff.between Jhunjhlahat and jhanjhanana.
