Asker: Thank you for your suggestion! I think in this context, "debit card" refers to a bank card with your money in it so you can withdraw and spend without penalties, unless of course, you withdraw more than what you have. "The ghi no" doesn't seem to convey that meaning...unless this is the word currently used in Viet Nam for "debit card"?
