disagree  Shane Wall: Here is why I disagree with just "lãi suất hàng năm": that is ONLY an annual profit TOTAL; it is NOT a percentage/ratio of profit which can be compared as a ratio against profits in other years. "tỷ lệ" IS important here!

  -> I think that as you are not native Vietnamese, you misunderstood "lãi suất hàng năm". "lãi suất hàng năm" is NOT an annual profit total. Annual profit total is "lãi hàng năm". "Lãi suất" is always a percentage/ratio. Check the Vietnamese dictionary.
