I work at a District Court and need to make a welcome sign and ask if they need an interpreter in several different languages - ie vietnamese, thai, russian, polish, portuguese -

Vietnamese is a tonal language but ProZ now is not yet able to provide this feature when it comes to typing Vietnamese with correct tones online.
