Estonian term or phrase: perekonnaseisuametis
I have this short one-page document "CHANGE OF NAME CERTIFICATE" from Estonian into English. The term "perekonnaseisuametis" has been translated as "Vital Statistics Office". Is that OK, or is there a better translation?
