Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Finnish term or phrase: takki auki
Describes a business practice that goes against free market principles; I think "open jacket" doesn't quite capture it. (or is it the idea that the jacket would be stuffed with cash they didn't deserve?)

arrogant
Explanation:
If you have your "jacket open", it means that you behave in an arrogant manner, are overly confident. The opposite would be "hattu kourassa".

Thanks/ I have heard of "hat in hand" but never associated "open jacket" with arrogance. Is there any explanation as to why this would be so? Maybe someone who keeps his jacket open in the Finnish winter is showing arrogance?
