Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs
Finnish term or phrase: kiinteistövero II
Context: "Kaskusteltiin kiinteistöveron II-erän vastikkeen keräämisestä. Päätettiin, että maksuvalmiuden riittäessä peritään kiinteistöveron II-erä vain tarvittavalta osin."

Is this a particular type of property tax, or does the II mean it's the second payment instalment?

Explanation:
Property tax is collected in two instalments.
They decided that they have enough money as it is so they do not need to collect extra for the II instalment from the shareholders/owners.

or actually they decided that they will collect extra if and when they do not have enough ...

"Kaskusteltiin" is often how these meetings go (kasku = anecdote, joke). Of course, it is not really a proper Finnish word, just a good slip of the tongue...
